We do our best to shave off time by dropping off your corporate record's request right away. Once the order is completed, our runners pick up the documents and bring them back to our office. FAQ: What is a plain copy?
Answer: A plain document is just a photocopy of the originally filed document.
FAQ: What is a certified copy?
A certified copy includes the plain document with a certified page stapled on
top. The certified page is signed by the California Secretary of State
certifying that the document is true and correct.
FAQ: Why would I need my document certified?
Answer: If the document is needed to close a loan or escrow, in court, to
obtain insurance, open a bank account, and for many other reasons, a certified
copy of the document is usually required. We suggest that you check with the
requesting agency to clarify whether or not they need a certified copies prior
to placing your order. Doing this will save you time and
money.
