Our Commitment to Privacy

Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine quality products and services with integrity in dealing with our users. The Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.

Collection of Information

During the order process, you will be asked to provide Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) which includes, but is not limited to: (i) ”Contact Data” (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address); (ii) ”Financial Data” (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code); (iii) ”Demographic Data” (such as your zip code and gender); (iv) ”Legal Data” (such as your social security number, mortgage information, automobile information, marital information, trade secrets, inventions, and/or idea submissions and other sensitive information necessary to generate proper legal documents); and (v) "Business Information" (such as the name you want your business entity to have, a brief description of the purpose of your business, the name and address of the corporation or LLC’s registered agent, the name and address of the directors and officers of your corporation, or members or managers for your LLC, how many shares of stock your corporation will be authorized to issue, and the par value of such stock.

Your PII will be used by us to prepare documents that will be submitted to the filing agency in the jurisdiction you designate. Once filed, your documents will become public record, and we cannot be held liable for the dissemination of any PII that was contained in your documents. Our Website is setup to automatically collect anonymous information about visitors. For example, our Website automatically gathers a visitor’s Internet Protocol address, which Internet Service Provider a visitor uses, statistics about how a visitor navigates through and uses our Website, and information gathered through the use of “cookies.” We use cookies to help us understand our visitors and traffic patterns to our site; to know when visitors have accessed our site from one of our paid advertisements, an affiliate website, or a strategic partner website; and to populate the order contact information for our registered resellers into our order forms to simplify their order process. We also compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our Website, and from which countries those requests come. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to our users and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no PII and cannot be used to gather PII. Our Website is not set up to automatically track, collect, or distribute PII about our Website visitors.

Solely for the purposes of confirming valid traffic from certain pay-per-click search engines, IP addresses for such visitors are monitored and may be compared to the records of that search engine.

What is a Cookie?

Cookies are a feature of web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.) software that allows web servers to recognize the computer used to access a site. They are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s web browser on one site to simplify subsequent interactions with that site by the same user or to use the information to streamline the user’s transaction on related web pages. We may use PII you provide to us to contact you about changes to our site, new services, features or products we offer, or other information we think you shall find valuable. If at any time you do not wish to receive such information, you may “opt-out” of doing so by sending an email to us at unsubscribe@sundocfilngs.com.  Please allow up to seven business days to be completely removed.

We gather information about our users also to enhance and design our site to make it easier, faster, and friendlier to use. Additionally, cookies help us know information about how many people visit our site, when they visit, and how they use our service. Information may also be collected from your viewing of particular advertising based on your user habits from your viewing on our site and a shopping experience customized to you in content, services and goods.

Your Information In Relation to Others We Link To

You may be able to access other websites through our site. When you do so, you will be subject to their policies regarding privacy and data collection. You should read those sites’ privacy policies to make sure you agree to them before using such sites.

Sharing Information with Advertisers or Other Third Parties

We may disclose to advertisers on our site anonymous information about user habits, characteristics, and patterns, based on aggregate user statistics. The parties who perform services for us (e.g., credit card processors, merchant banks, our Internet Service Provider) may also have access to your PII in order to perform such services. Should we sell assets of our company, another company may need to review our company’s assets, including your PII, to make business decisions as to whether to acquire such assets.

We value your privacy, and we will never sell your PII to a third party solicitor. However, there will be times when it will be necessary to share minimal PII to third parties. Third parties include government filing agencies and filing correspondents that are directly involved with completing your order.

Sharing Information with the Government or As Otherwise Required by Law

We may be required by subpoena, law, or a government agency to disclose the PII you have provided to us.

How Do We Secure Information?

We secure the PII you submitted by using reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, or accidental loss or destruction of PII. Your postings on this site and other communications you may have with us via email or U.S. mail may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures are in place prior to you sending information. Therefore, if you choose to communicate with us through these methods, you are assuming the risk of doing so, and we request that you do not send or post sensitive information through these me.

We have reasonable security measures in place within our database and in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you on our Website. The measures include limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers as well as electronic security systems and password protections which guard against unauthorized access.

We utilize email to communicate with customers regarding their orders and features of certain products/services that were ordered. We may occasionally use your PII to notify you of our new services and special offers via periodic mailings or e-mail updates. California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding the disclosure of any personal information, including PII, to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Lost or Stolen Data

We have reasonable security measures in place to help prevent the loss, misuse, destruction, and alteration of the information you provide to us. We will have no liability to you or to any third party if any such loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration occurs.
