the California Secretary of State. We file all documents in person over the counter in Sacramento on an expedited
basis. We can also perform certified UCC searches (debtor or secured party) and UCC search to reflects with the

State fee of $5.00 per search certificate.
UCC Certified Searches with Copies: Our fee is $65.00 per
debtor/ secured party name plus the Secretary of State fee of $10.00
per search certificate, copy request, and $1.50 per page.

Our fee is $35.00 per debtor/secured party name plus the Secretary
of State fee of $5.00 plus $1.50 per page.

FEES
To file a UCC-1, UCC-3, UCC-5, JL-1, JL-3 with the California Secretary of State, our service
fee is:
If you fax or e-mail the form and any attachments our fee is: $25.00 for
3 pages or less; $30.00 for 4-9 pages; $35.00 for 10-20 pages. If the document
is 21 pages or more, please do not fax or e-mail the document. Please FedEx the
document with the original and one complete set of copies to our office.
If you FedEx/ regular mail the UCC-1 or UCC-3 plus a complete
photocopy set of any number of pages, our fee is: $25.00
A free fax for all UCC-1 or UCC-3 filings that are 3 pages or
less is included in our fee. Add $1.50 per page thereafter.
Secretary of State fee to file a UCC-1 or UCC-3 that is 2 pages or less:

Secretary of State fee to file a UCC-1 or UCC-3 that is 3 pages or more: $26.00
