Nationwide registered agent services are available for $169.00 a year.

For questions regarding state fees, rush options and fees, state forms, accepted document formats, tax issues for companies dissolving, merging or trying to obtain good standing, pre clearance/state form approval, entity name requirements, post dates/future effective dates, or any other questions requiring us to spend our time conducting research with or without order placement (filing a document) will be charged a research fee of $100.00 an hour with a minimum of 15 minutes. To clarify, research includes obtaining any information that a client could obtain on their own by contacting the respective state agency's web site or by telephone or reading/interpreting the corporation code of the respective jurisdiction.
