Register a Foreign LLC
We can file the Application for Registration to qualify your

We can file the Certificate of Amendment with the California

File an LLC Dissolution - Dissolve an LLC
We can file the Certificate of Dissolution (LLC-3),

Order Limited Liability Company (LLC) Records
We can retrieve copies of the Articles of Organization,
Application for Registration, LLC Amendments, Merger documents, conversion
documents, dissolution or cancellation documents, and Statements of Information
on an expedited basis from the California Secretary of State. We can obtain

Other LLC Services
Type and File - We can check LLC name availability, prepare
the Articles of Organization, sign as Organizer, file the Articles of
Organization with the California Secretary of State, provide Registered agent
services, and return two certified copies back to your office on an expedited
basis. Either order on-line or call to place the order. If you are not an

To get started, please have the following available:
1. Your preferred LLC name choice and at least one alternative choice.
2. The name and complete address of the Agent of Service of Process.
3. Decide if the LLC should be managed by one manager, more then one manager, or
all members manager/single member.
4. Credit card information
We will check the LLC name availability and prepare the Articles of Organization
in 4 business hours or less. For accuracy, we will fax a copy of the prepared
Articles of Organization for your approval before we file the document with the
California Secretary of State. You will need to review the document, sign the
approval letter, and fax it back before we can file your document.
Fees: Our service fee is: $120.00
Secretary of State name availability fee: $4.00 per each name checked
Secretary of State filing fees: $85.00 (includes counter fee).

Employer Identification Number - We can prepare the form and obtain the EIN
from the Internal Revenue Service.

For most services, we provide the form for download, step by step instructions
regarding the service, we
prepare the state required counter form, we make the required copies, issue the
required state checks, we submit your document in person in Sacramento, we pick up
the filed document when the Secretary of State has finished processing it,
we obtain two certified copies of your filing (most filings), we fax a copy of
the filed document to you, and
we forward the two certified copies and payment receipt via regular mail.
To file a document by courier service or
regular mail: $50.00* + state and shipping fees.
*To qualify for the reduced service fee, you must
send the following: 1 originally signed form/document and 2
photocopies. Two separate checks both made payable to the
Secretary of State; one for the filing fee and one for the $15.00
