NEVADA INITIAL LIST OF OFFICERS - IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Pursuant to NRS 78.150, each corporation organized under the laws of Nevada shall, on or before the last day of the first month after the filing of its Articles of Incorporation, and annually thereafter, file its list of officers, directors and resident agent. The initial list fee is $125.00. The initial forms will be returned to you upon the organization of your corporation and annually thereafter to the corporation's resident agent.
NOTE: Failure to file the initial list or annual list will result in a late fee of $75.00. In addition, the corporation could be suspended and lose all its rights and privileges.
