Step 1:
Check name availability: Skip
this step if you have already checked Delaware LLC name availability. First,
determine your primary name and back up name choices for your Delaware LLC. A
name availability order form in PDF is provided here for your convenience.
Step 2:
Prepare the form: Prepare the
Delaware LLC Certificate of Formation. The filing packet prepared by the
Delaware Secretary of State is provided in PDF format. Please note that only
basic requirements are shown. You may add additional language customized to
meet your client's needs. However, if you add additional language, we cannot be
sure that your document will be accepted by the Delaware Secretary of State. A
rejected document will require additional state and service fees upon
resubmittal.

Step 3: Fax the document to us: Print out the Delaware Certificate of Formation, have them signed, and fax them with a cover letter containing your contact information including mailing address to 800-498-3611; Attn: Corporate filing unit. Step 5: Document is complete: When the Delaware Secretary of state is finished with your document, they will issue a Delaware LLC number and one file stamped copy.
