Step 1: Check name availability: Skip this step if you have already checked name availability. If you are not ready to form your company, reserve your name on our name reservation order form now. Step 2: Download and Prepare the Articles of Incorporation: Prepare the California Corporation Articles of Incorporation. The filing packet prepared by the California Secretary of State is provided in PDF format. Please note that only basic requirements are shown. Step 3: How fast do you need your document filed? Select the appropriate order form and fax or email the completed form with the signed Articles of Incorporation to 888-955-2747 or email to order@sundocumentfilings.com **Please type the form on the computer. Do not handwrite.** Fees

We will contact you upon receipt of the order form and your document. If you do not hear from us via fax or email within one hour during our normal business hours, please call us at 888-595-2747.
Step 4: Congratulations! Your Document is Filed: If we receive your California Corporation Articles of Incorporation by 2:00pm M-F, your Corporation will be filed and active by 5:00PM! This means your company will be given the file date your document was submitted on. RUSH OPTIONS AVAILABLE. Once the document is submitted to the Secretary of State, the State will take a few weeks to process (call for current time frames), but keep in mind that if you mail the document to the state, like many filings services do, you will have to wait SEVERAL MONTHS.
When the state is finished with your document, they will issue a state corporate number and two certified copies. We will immediately fax or email the filed document to you. We will return the two certified copies via regular mail. FedEx is available for an additional fee.
If you would like Sun to file your statement of Information on an expedited basis and you do not want to wait for the form in the mail, simply download, complete, and sign both of these forms: Statement of Information - for a domestic stock corporation.

Employer Identification Number: If you would like, we can obtain your EIN for your new California Corporation. Simply download and fill out our EIN application and we will prepare the form and e-mail it to you for your (or your client's) signature. Once we receive your signature, we will obtain the EIN within 24-48 hours. Add $45.00 for this service.
California Corporate Kit: We offer a variety of California Corporate kits that include a custom binder, seal embosser, Bylaws and meeting minutes, 20 Stock certificates, and more. You can order the California Corporate kit at the time of filing or if you prefer, you can place the order on-line using your credit card. Standard Corporate kit including 2nd day shipping is $85.00.
Name availability check:$30.00 for one first choice plus 2 back up name choices for no extra charge plus a state fee of $4.00 per each name checked.
California Registered Agent services for one year: $169.00. (Annual fee due at time of filing)
RUSH OPTIONS: If you need to form a corporation on a rush basis, there is a rush filing service available.
Fax/e-mail form:
24 Hour Rush: $350.00 Secretary of State rush fee + $100.00 state filing fee + $200.00 rush service fee. Total $650
Routine fax/e-mail: Our service fee is $70.00 plus the California Secretary of State fee of $115.00 ($100.00 filing fee + $15.00 counter fee) for a total of $185. Fax or e-mail the document to our office. Credit card required. This option saves a day of the filing time and saves a FedEx fee to our office.
We can also Obtain a Certificate of Good Standing at the time of filing: Our service fee is $35.00 plus $5.00 state fee per certificate. On a 24 hour rush with filing add $150.00 plus $5.00 state fee. Same day - add $250.00 plus $5.00 state fee per certificate.
