Reserve a Corporation Name

Certificate of Good Standing
We can receive a Certificate of Good Standing or Certificate
of Suspension from the California Secretary of State on an expedited basis. 24

Order Corporate Records
We can retrieve copies of the Articles of Incorporation,

Type and File - General stock corporations with one
class of stock only - We can check corporate name availability, prepare the
Articles of Incorporation, sign as Incorporator, file the Articles of
Incorporation with the California Secretary of State, provide Registered agent
services, and return two certified copies back to your office on an expedited

To get started, please have the following available:
1. Your preferred corporate name choice and at least
one alternative choice.
2. The name and complete address of the Agent of Service of Process.
3. The amount of common shares authorized and Par Value (if applicable) for the

Incorporation in 4 business hours or less. For accuracy, we will fax a copy of
the prepared Articles of Incorporation for your approval before we file the
